Our ministry, Scribes Poetry, was established as the initial step in fulfilling our mission of spreading the Gospel through various forms of creative expression, including poetry, spoken word, short stories, and more. We firmly believe that in these last days, God will make significant use of the arts and ministries of writing and speaking. The first official meeting was held on May 22nd, 2017, during which the vision and mission were presented, and ideas were exchanged to bring them to fruition. As a result, we have expanded into a thriving ministry, coordinating events and workshops to further our mission.
Overwhelmed by the gift of salvation we have found in Jesus, we have a heart for authentic worship, making room for believers to intimately fellowship with God till they become like Him so after three years of discipleship and devotion to propagating the gospel through poetry and spoken word, a call was answered to begin Scribes Worship, a means to bring together believers gifted in singing and songwriting to use their gifts to evangelize the gospel and usher people into the presence of God.
